Returns:

2. Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect).

Refunds:

1. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refund Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
